It seems everyone in the Davison family is getting ready for 1st July PCP ...  Freddie couldn't wait to get hold of the push up bars! Ever so slightly impressed by his form ...



A little nervous if truth be told, mostly about the food rather than the exercise, although I've heard it's the exercise that gets to most people. Good luck to everyone starting tomorrow!

    I am looking forward to this but know (mostly from you) how hard it's going to get - just read your last blog. Sounds like you've done amazingly well... can't wait to see the final pics!
