Day 75 - how many?
PCP has been a real roller coaster for me and, I say this knowing Patrick has just emailed about being mindful not to move the mental goalposts but, I'm having a tough week. I'm now struggling with the number of sets/reps being set; not meeting them feels like failure, likewise having to reduce my resistance/weight to try to meet them. Of course I know I look better than when we started (fitter, healthier, smaller - whatever) but I visualize progress as a steady upward trajectory. Right now I feel knackered, run down, weaker than I've ever felt (can this be true....?) - but at least I'm not ill. Ummm.... should be punching out far more upbeat posts at this point in the program - fingers crossed for next week.

I feel like that too, but then judging from other completed blogs it IS supposed to get harder to keep pushing us forward. It's pretty much harder and harder till the end (from what I can tell)! Not that this should be discouraging though. Just think about how many reps we were doing 3 weeks ago and how easy they look now. By the end we'll probably feel the same!
